“In the most pain of my life for past 5 weeks. There is no sense of urgency for your level of pain, just get in line. Long wait times for an appointment. Then they decide to cancel two separate appointments on their own because of what the insurance company said, without talking to me first? Never got the opportunity to discuss an alternative diagnoses from another physician that they were not aware of. I would have gladly paid with out insurance but never got the chance to discuss that option either. Extremely difficult to get in front of Dr Boedefeld in a timely manor when pain is extreme.”
