“Dr. Rubin and his Nurse Practitioner Richard are two of the most competent and caring pain management specialists I could have hoped to receive treatment from. Also, their procedure office (attached in tandem to the normal pain management office, and the procedure office is called "Salubrious") is wonderful. The nurses and the staff for my radio frequency ablation procedures on my spine have always been informative, kind and they put in the effort to care for you and remember you. My wife and I spent a lot of effort and time into choosing the right pain management doctor, as I'm young, only 28, and have multiple diseases that can complicate things, so we did not just simply want a doctor that prescribes meds and gets rid of me. Dr Rubin is exactly what we had hoped for and more. I can say Dr. Rubin and ALL of his staff are respectful, they take the time to find the right treatment for each person, and they take appropriate and strong precautions to ensure the medication (if prescribed) is being taken appropriately (I.e. random urine tests, pill counting, etc). It is encouraging to have a doctor's office for my pain issues that cares enough to ensure proper therapeutic usage of prescribed medications. Literally he is the kindest and most patient doctor I've ever met, and has worked diligently to get me back on track to being able to spend a bit more time with my family instead of simply always being in pain. “BEWARE & BECAREFUL OF DR JEFFREY RUBIN. my recent pain mgmt provider lft his practice after 1 yr n i was haplessly handed off to a new Dr at Physician Pain Care, Dr Jeffrey Rubin. At first i was told my treatment would continue as it had been for the last 3 yrs, but unfortunately he lied thru his teeth. N After the multiple incompetence n repeated mistakes from his office staff, messing up everything about my meds, the dosage, quantity n dates, which hadnt changedon for 3yrs. When i finally complained after coming to my wits end, Dr. Rubin met with me for the only time at my final appt to inform me he changed his mind and would not continue my care. Naturally I got upset n lost my temper n spoke the truth too bluntly n was basically kicked out of the practice n he did it in the meanest n most unethical way possible. He told me to find a new Dr n he chose to stop everything cold turkey instead of slowly weaning down off my meds in a safe manner n then outright lied on my Official Discharge Letter stating i was in "Bad Standing" which gave every new dr i tried to set up appts with, the easy excuse for them to not even meet me for a new patient appt. Lastly he refused to provide any meds to counter the side effects of immediate opiod detox, which he knew i would immediately start to experienc since I've been on these meds 4 over 2 decades following a car accident which i became legally disabled as a result of. Luckily my mom came w/ so at least i had a witness not on the Physician Pain Care's Payroll who also heard his lies n sorry excuses as well as his highly unethical medical behavior. Then add insult to injury, when i asked what I was supposed to do while I attempted to find a new Dr while unwillingly suffering from severe n immediate opioid detox, n how could I lessen my upcoming suffering? Dr Rubin then callously informed "if" i needed help, I could always go to the ER. I've dealt with chronic pain as my everyday way of life for 2 decades, so plz believe me when I say, if u choose to go under the medical care of Dr Jeffrey Rubin for any reason, u do so at ur own peril. Ull most likely suffer as i have suffered entirely unnecessarily cuz the man n his practice doesnt give a single solitary piece of crap of ur physical n metal well-being. the Hell I've endured since this happened on 1/25/25 till today, 2/20/25, was easily avoidable n ull eventually regret ever allowing Dr Rubin anywhere near u for the purpose of pain reduction, relief or real help of any kind. Good luck to u all. I pray u never experience the hell I went through while he "cared for my medical needs". Please, Beware n Becareful, he'll only help ruin ur life not improve it. At least thats exactly what he did to me n I fear thats what he'll do to I chose to share this story & review, cuz if even 1 person is saved from Dr Rubin's intentional failure to act accordingly as a human being n a supposed health care professional. N i could save even 1 indiv from his blatant diregard to his Hippocratic Oath of "Do No Harm". Then it's worth it. next victim, I'm sorry, I mean patient.... I chose to share this story & review, cuz if even 1 person is saved from Dr Rubin's intentional failure to act accordingly as a human being n a supposed health care professional. N i can save even 1 indiv from his blatant diregard to his Hippocratic Oath of "Do No Harm". Then it's worth it. He and his office of "Healthcare professionals " made it clear in no uncertain terms that my current and future physical well-being was a no real big concern to him as a Doctor or a human being. My opinion n advice, stay away from Physician Pain Care n Dr Rubin, cuz regardless of the lies they spk, everyone i dealt with there had absolutely no issue leaving me to suffer alone n with zero help or advice for my future well-being n saw nothing wrong with the intentional n preventable upcoming suffering i experienced from detox from medications which there practice had provided me w/ for over a yr, but somehow I was the wrong one in this situation. Uve been warned.”
