If I could give zero stars, I would. Phusion Wellness has been a complete nightmare from the very beginning. Before I ever became a patient, I was misled -- told they offered services that they absolutely do not provide. Their communication is almost nonexistent. You can't reach anyone by phone -- not even a receptionist. It doesn't matter how many voicemails you leave; you won't get a call back. Text messages are hit or miss, and more often than not, completely ignored. The only way to get anyone's attention is to physically go to the office, because no one ever answers the phone. Everything is handled electronically, with zero personal contact or accountability. Then comes the real issue -- prescriptions. Most pharmacies refuse to fill prescriptions from this office. I was told directly by their own staff that there are only two pharmacies they can send prescriptions to. And that information wasn't freely offered; it took constant pressing to get the truth. Clearly something has happened for pharmacies to stop accepting prescriptions from any of their providers, but of course, they don't tell you that until after you've already paid. Pain management is already difficult enough without adding the stress, confusion, and lack of communication that this office brings. And the cost? $250 per appointment. Easily the most expensive I've ever seen -- and absolutely not worth it especially for the level of care you'll receive. If you're paying cash, do yourself a favor and go somewhere that will actually help you for a reasonable price. If you have insurance, find a facility that accepts it -- you'll get better care, more honest communication, and far less frustration. Save yourself the time, money, and stress. Do not go to Phusion Wellness for any of your pain management needs. You'll regret it if you do.

I have been receiving care at Phusion Wellness for ongoing pain management, and I can honestly say this office has made a huge difference in my quality of life. After going through multiple surgeries in the same area, I was dealing with a combination of nerve pain, muscle and skeletal pain, hardware discomfort, and arthritis. I was a patient for 3.5 years. A few months ago they shut down their old office to build a new one. Because of that i couldn't do the urinalysis since I don't have insurance and can't afford the lab prices($300). I told them this repeatedly and was told it would be okay to wait until they reopened to take it there. So, I drove the hour to get there, took the urine test. Waited 45 minutes to be seen and was immediately told they were going to discharge me. No offer to do a safe tapering or anything. I wasn't aware of my rights until I was contacted by someone(don't want to say who or what agency) after picking up my last prescription. I was asked multiple questions and didn't want to get involved with legal issues at that time but now that I know my rights and what is considered ethical protocol for tapering etc I'm going to try to call them today which they probably won't answer their phone. I just want to make sure I didn't misunderstand and they are indeed offering me a safe taper but I don't remember Melissa mentioning that. I think the agencies are looking in to them for the lack of continuing care after discharge as well as just being a money grab company. I will update after I find out.
