Patient Testimonials

This is one year after treatment for frozen shoulders. The Doctor performed an MUA (Manipulation Under Anesthesia). I no longer had the ability to lift either shoulder, i.e. can put on clothing and the rest of the impacts to my life. I had consulted with 4 Orthopedic Surgeons, the Mayo Clinic.. and had received the following options.... 1. Wait 18 months to Two years and it will hopefully heal itself... 2. Inject the joint capsule with fluid and it will break it up. When asking the physicians the follow up question... ok you inject the fluid wound it go to the point of least resistance and exit at the one point... they had no answers. 3. Do an MUA We did the MUA surgery, it was the B E S T choice that we could have made, I had full range of motion in both arms after the surgery, one year later I still have the same range of motion. So now that we have talked about the why and the results, let's talk about the experience and the Dr and team. The procedure is simple, they put you under and adjust the area. Had two Dr's and Anastesiologist. The procedure takes about 15 minutes it is out patient and you will like and surgery have pain after. Dr. Quackenbush was the Dr and not only is it his passion the improvement in my lif e that he was able to give me I can't say enough about. He is AMAZING. Great bedside manner and really really cares about you. If you have frozen joints limited mobility, for your sake give them a call and see what they can do to make your life better..
