Patient Testimonials

I recently underwent a spinal fusion on my L4/L5 with Dr. Kravetz, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the very first consultation, Dr. Kravetz and his entire team were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The surgery itself went smoothly, and the post-operative care provided by the team at Summit Hospital was exceptional. They were always available for my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Now that I've had some recovery time, I feel amazing! My quality of life has significantly improved, and I am grateful for the care I received. If you're considering spinal surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Kravetz and his team! Thank you for everything!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Dr. Kravetz's negligence and refusal to take my condition seriously caused me to develop Cauda Equina Syndrome twice in two weeks -- a rare spinal emergency that can cause permanent paralysis and loss of bladder function. When I first began losing bladder control and leg function -- classic signs of this emergency -- I immediately called his office, left a detailed message, and begged for direction on what I should do. That call was never returned until the moment I was literally being wheeled into emergency spinal surgery, which was 2 days later! Then they proceeded to gaslight me by saying I never called. Instead of taking responsibility, Dr. Kravits and his medical assistant blamed me -- claiming they never received my messages, despite the fact that I have proof I left them. This was not just poor communication; it was a complete failure to fulfill their ethical duty to care for their patient. Even after my first emergency surgery at Wyoming Medical Center, he refused to provide the urgent follow-up I needed. The neurosurgeons there -- the same ones he repeatedly criticized -- were the only reason I have a chance at a normal life today. They attempted to collaborate with him multiple times, and he refused. The result? Two life-threatening emergencies, two major surgeries in 14 days, and a recovery I should never have had to endure. I could have been permanently paralyzed because this doctor did not listen, did not care, and did not act. If you value your health, your mobility, and your future -- seek care elsewhere. Please! No one should have to go through what I have been through with this practice and this doctor.

I am a Navy Corpsman, Retired Veteran. Dr Kravetz operated in my neck several years ago due to an injury sustained while deployed in support of Freedom. Dr. Kravetz is an extremely professional, customer service oriented, attention to detail oriented and very knowledgeable about his field of expertise and with great bedside manners. Unfortunately, I needed to have a revision and additional surgery on my neck due to additional and severe deterioration on my neck, Dr Kravetz had moved to another city within Texas and then Wyoming. I was able to track him down and I wanted to make sure my case was reviewed and if necessary, operated by the BEST neurosurgeon. By the grace of God, I found him again and I will be receiving that much needed surgical intervention on my neck soon, I will be flying to Wyoming with the gracious support of some wonderful non-profit organizations and return back to Texas after my surgery for recovery and Physical Therapy. I share this with you all because if there is a great Surgeon out there with great skills and has kept up with all the advances in technology is Doc Kravetz. I trusted him once with my life and I will NOT hesitate to trust him and his professional team with my life once again. Neck surgery is not just another surgical routine procedure, but under his professional care; it will be a speedy recovery and God will be with him at his side and with his team, every step of the way. Thank You Dr. Kravetz and your Team!!! R/S L. "Doc" Ortega USN Ret Corpsman

I went to him for neck issues. I had already seen a spine doctor at Anshutz Hospital. I knew I needed surgery, due to severely damaged c5-c6. He was the most rude doctor I have ever been to. Telling me that everything they did at Anshutz was wrong. I wouldn't let this narcissistic man operate on my big toe, much less my neck.
