“Staff was very nice Dr. Essay was hopefull the hf10 would work. When he put it in I felt everything I said the meds wasn't working. He did nothing. The trial did not work for me. The Nevro reps where great. When I got done with the trial and went to get the leads pulled. I said as he was taking out the leads that I was hoping it worked. He said it's not for everyone. Then he went to the door, I said is there anything else we could do. He said no and left. I was very upset. Nurse did have some suggestions. I would never go back to him.”
