“I've been seeing Dr Piperis and his staff for a couple years. He picked up my medical care right where we left off in another state. Doesn't over rx meds, which I love. Doesn't over do steroids, which can cause all sorts of damage and issues if used too much. He knows what he is doing and does it with care. Only issue I've ever had with them was billing issues, my insurance pays for everything and none out of my pocket but still get bills sometimes. “I seen Dr. Piperis nurse practitioner Kristina McCutchen who I loved. How ever the billing dept. and front desk employees are not professional at all. The billing dept. doesn't know how to correctly send claims to insurance and then bills the patient. Front desk staff needs to learn HIPPA. I hear about other patients every time I went in that office.”

“I would NOT recommend this doctor or his office! Both the doctor and his staff accused my husband of being a drug seeker in late 2014. This was our first and only office visit after my husband was hurt at work. His office staff were talking about my husband at the front desk. They didn't say names so they were being HIPPA compliant but we could hear them talking about his case and in not so many words said he was there just to get meds. Mind you my husbands work accident was 2 weeks prior and he hadn't seen his PCP in over a year for anything other than regular check ups. NO WHERE in the provided records to them did it state he had been on pain meds for a X amount of time. Even when we were in the exam room with the doctor he gave off the vibe he didn't want to see us and did mention at one point we were just there to get drugs. We obviously sought care elsewhere.”
