“I have been happily seeing this practice since 2013. Everyone in the office is cheerful, helpful, and really listens... from boss lady Loraine at the front desk, to Deani and Oxana the nurses (Oxana also wrangles tough insurance prior authorizations, et.), to Kristen their PA and newest member, to doctors Abramov and Kanter. I will always miss Dr. Chen, who has recently retired and was my doctor for 7 of 9 years here. All 3 doctors are very skilled with epidurals and other procedures and have excellent bedside manners. In my opinion, this is the best pain management practice in the area! Strongly recommend. You'll be treated as a person here... and soon feel like family.”

“A word to the wise: this place takes no responsibility for ensuring they have your insurance information prior to treatment when they are your anesthesia team. It shouldn't be the patients responsibility to make sure things are billed properly when having emergency surgery; however, this place didn't bill insurance and then sent us to collection 2 years after treatment. And when you call to discuss it with them, find out why you were sent to collection, the customer service rep is rude. I asked to speak to a manager 3 different times because she was so rude to me (I was rude back but that's besides the point she started it and I am the customer you want $1000s from). Thankfully the manager was helpful and able to resolve the issue and remove it from the creditor, but unfortunately too much damage had been done by them. One star review is kind, the billing department is horrendous.”
