“Gig harbor location is much friendlier than the silverdale location. Small town Dr office feel, Michelle ( receptionist) knows you by name when you walk in. Don't think she has ever had a bad day, always friendly and makes you feel like you have been friends forever. So refreshing compared to the harsh medical environment and take a number clinics everywhere now. They of course have government regulations to follow which is frustrating at times but they are friendly about it and don't make you feel like a drug addict when it's time for a refill. They listen to you when you have flare ups and treat according. Kelley Maguire is my Dr, she takes the time to listen and seems to care about how to address my pain. I don't feel like a number or just the next patient for the day. Had an injection in my shoulder a couple of weeks ago and Dr Pocuis was kind and understanding of my fears. Don't know why I was so scared, he was excellent at giving the injection. Quick and easy actually, would go to him again if i need an injection again without fear or hesitation. Thank you to all the employees at the Gig Harbor location for making me feel welcome and validated”
