“I was referred to this office for my medical condition which had been diagnosed by another Kennedy White physician. My MRI and notes from that examination were in their system I was told when I went to the appointment I would receive a shot to treat my problem I waited for 3 weeks for this appointment And arrived early and was presented with new patient paperwork 12 pages I completed the paperwork and found out the doctor was running behind and had to wait over an hour I must have been the last patient of the day As all the staff was gone when I left the office But during my appointment the nurse advised me of no treatment was possible. This would be only a consultation and another exam So KW collects more money and I have to make another trip when they call me to schedule This is BS I needed this shot before my prior appointment And now will have to wait longer to get treatment I guess the doctors at KW are not using each others examinations to get patients the treatment they need a second opinion in their own facility And more charges top patients and insurance companies”

Was impressed again when he said, if I was doing a certain procedure discussed on a family member, I would want them to agree to anesthesia because it can be uncomfortable. Is refreshing when a doctor cares enough about alleviating pain associated with medical procedures.”
