“I was very pleased with the services in Dr. Harper's office. The receptionist called me and said there had been a cancellation and would I be willing to come for an appointment. I had been enduring a lot of pain and was very happy to be seen on short notice. The nurse was great! She asked me a lot or questions and wanted me to describe what was going on with me. Her name was Kristin. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She explained what would take place in preparation for my epidural injection. I had been seen two days earlier by Dr. Harper in his office. He was very kind and friendly. He took a lot of time to listen to me. After we talked about what had been going on with my pain, he showed me my MRI images and pointed out the abnormalities and where he planned to make the injection. On the day of the epidural, Dr. Harper was very kind and patient. He explained every step during the procedure so I would know what to expect. The procedure was painless and it did not take long at all. I felt much better after the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Harper to anyone who has back pain.”
