Patient Testimonials

I have been dealing with Dr. Parks office since 2019. I moved back from Illinois and had extereme back pain, and couldn't explain why. So, one of his designated, I guess ARPN, or Dr, sent me for more testing. That testing revealed that I had stage 4 cancer on my left kidney, which subsiquintly was removed. But, that didn't resolve the pain, so more testing. It was revealed that I had a collapsed C5 disc, that needs replaced (which no way am I getting that done - to high of risk factors), plus severe arthitis in my lumbar area. Jusxt had ablation done, and so far, so good. Thanks Mr/Dr Parks

Who's Me

I waked in nervous, hopeless and in pain. I walked out, 45 minutes later, ready to conquer the world again!! They are all professional, efficient and caring. I can't thank Dr. Parks and his team enough.

I'ma still waiting to see Dr Parks for My lower back discs and thinning of the spinal cord and nerve in my back. Guess it takes months to get in to see him and get any relief.. It's been almost 6 months before the first time I seen him after you evaluation. It's getting to the point where it's very hard for me to walk and I have to take fast baby steps to get to where I'm going and I get out of breath and in pain even more. Since I can't not afford $350 for an injection plus my $30 copay they rejected me Well it wasn't really Dr Parks that rejected me it was his assistant that rejected me and after I have had several physical therapy sessions chiropractic sessions they rejected me and that's what they wanted to do since I couldn't afford it they want me to go back to physical therapy and chiropractor and go see a back surgeon so being rejected because you can't pay what they want is a terrible deal and they won't negotiate. Then they're saying they don't take Medicaid patients but yet they do and their line when they say they don't then they say they don't give out pain medication That's the truth at their office they don't but they do write prescriptions They also when you come in they take urine tests so that for that means that they do write pain prescription medicines which they said they don't As far as being compassionate to people who are desperately in pain and has proved that they're in pain and has been through everything to prove that they are in pain That is not compassionate that is rejection they don't care. All they want is the money and stick that big needle in your back. His assistant is very rude and disrespectful It's her way or the highway. The injection that they want to give you in the back is not for pain on the website that they got their information at that they have printed out and edited has left out everything that the injection is for in the back multiple sclerosis cerebral palsy lupus cancer liver and kidney disease and effects of COVID-19 All that was added out and inserted with the word Paiin.. The injection in the back that they give you only lasts for a week and they want you to expect that and tell you it lasts 6 months to a year..

Dr. Parks and his staff are amazing! I would and do recommend everyone I know to come to his office for pain care. I am truly amazed by the bad reviews and find it convenient since HIPAA prevents physician offices from defending themselves and refuting lies online when such inflammatory remarks are made by people who likely couldn't/wouldn't follow simple instructions and recommendations.
