“Very rude staff on the phone. Would not even evaluate me after being referred by Hospice of the Bluegrass and Palliative Care. They would not even give me a reason why. Hung up on me twice. Woman's name was Rene'. She claimed the Dr. refused to see me. When I called Cardinal Hill Hospital , the were mortified. They said that Cardinal Hill Hospital is not affiliated with Cardinal Hill Pain Management- or it's Dr. That practice only rents space from the wonderful institution that Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital is. What ever happened to the day and age when people offered you respect until you didn't deserve it? If I was writhing in pain- I don't think I could go somewhere where the staff is so inconsiderate. I have been at the bedside as a nurse for 37 years and I have been a patient as well. There is NO EXCUSE.”
