Doctor Michael Horner, D.O., is a board-certified pain management physician and physiatrist. Dr. Horner earned his doctor of osteopathic medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he received extra training in manipulating the musculoskeletal system. He completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Michigan State University, where he also completed fellowships in electrodiagnostic medicine and interventional pain management. He served as a volunteer team physician for the Michigan State University wrestling team and has volunteered for Special Olympics.

“Although my chart was misplaced and I had to wait an extended amount of time for my appt. The Dr. Horner was very forthcoming and helpful. Also I was able to set up another appt. With the actual surgeon who will hopefully be working with me in less than a week which was refreshing. About 15 min after leaving the clinic, I noticed that panorama had refunded my copay of $60.
