“Dr. Nancy really listens to you and tries to find all the ways possible to get you back to 100%. She's super welcoming and I love that she recommends vitamins that help with things as well instead of just big pharm pills. She really cares about her patients and you can tell. Also the front desk staff and the MAs are super welcoming and amazing. 100/10 if i could. Best doctor i've had so far and i've only had one visit so far. Also love that her faith is so strong. you can feel it the moment you walk into the office and as a christian myself it's very awesome and heartwarming to see. Only complaint i have though is i went in on wednesday (11/27/24) and they were going to send medication for my pain( have severe back pain due to a horrible car accident i had in 2015 where they had to dig me out of the car). Well i called the pharmacy and no medications were called in. and then i called the office but due to it being after 4:30 i got the after hours lady and she said i had to wait till monday (12/2/24) So i went 5 days in 9/10-10/10 pain due to my medication not being called in. And mind you my appt was at 9:30am.But i understand we are human and mistakes happen. Aside from that amazing staff and an amazing provider.”
