“I usually go to Mercy, but opted for this place due to quicker appointment availability--big mistake. Every visit, I saw a different physician's assistant. When I finally got a surgeon's appointment, it was a video visit with a rude, condescending surgeon who dismissed my concerns and said I'd "have pain until you die." The disorganization was staggering; no online balance info, and phone calls led to constant transfers. After a procedure worsened my back pain, I refused a follow-up with the same surgeon and never heard back. Dr. Amini and Dr. Calhoun are great, but they don't make up for the rest of the experience. Go here at your own risk. I'm back at Mercy, where I'm treated with respect and have a clear plan of action. I also agree with other negative reviews about unnecessary drug tests.”

“To Dana Fryman- my husband Andy was in your office and saw you yesterday. You took time to actually review his records and asked him about the cyst on his kidney found 2 years ago!! We didn't know anything about this test result as we do Not have a portal and Andy has dementia. We now have a Drs appt scheduled to see our General Practitioner Monday. “I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I was there 3 different times wanting to get injections in my neck. Saw 3 different doctors they lost my 1st intake papers 2nd Dr wrote script for my MRI come back the 3rd time of course no MRI there to read. They pad their pockets giving ya drug test even though they haven't wrote a prescription for narcotics and you haven't ask for any narcotics and don't want um and they wanted me to go to medical records and get my MRI results for them ... Like I said would not recommend , definitely not organized... Still no treatment other than 10 weeks of physical therapy then the physical therapist disappeared and left , never seen a Dr office ever run like this in my entire pathetic stupid life ... Steer clear”
