What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Assistants were nice but I thought Bobbie lacked a good bedside manner. It could improve. Also in the end the appointment was not needed. I feel time was wasted and when the appointment was confirmed a few leading questions could have avoided the situation.”

“The Dr. is doing what he can for the end game for my situation but I'm still sitting here in horrible pain. I know he can give me stronger medicine while we're waiting for a pain pump but so far he's refusing to. I know this because my last pain Dr had me on stronger medicine. But at least he's trying for a solution so I'll give him that much. He changed my script but just to give one more a day of what I was already taking which is what I was having to do anyway running me short most of the time. He thinks it's giving me stronger meds but it's not. It's the same as it's always been. At least we're both trying to get something that hopefully works. Sometimes I wish he could feel this pain but in reality I wouldn't want it for anybody. Hopefully it won't take too long to see if this new thing works. At least he's trying.”

“Don't waste your time with the Rogers or Fayetteville offices. I started coming here about 2 years ago, and it was great. Then all the doctors and good nurses left. Every single month there are issues with them send my prescription, they don't bother calling you back until you call everyday for several days, they don't bother relaying messages to the Doctor when Dr Amidi tells you to call and let him know if something wasn't done. This is one of the worst pain management clinics I have ever been to, which is sad because they were great. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere but here. Unless you enjoy being treated like you're "just a junkie looking for a fix". Dr Amidi is great, and so is the main lady who answers the phone. That's why I gave them 2 stars.”

“I can only comment on the doctor that I have seen. The staff there is very nice and friendly, and the facilities are pretty clean. The doctor I see is very unprofessional, in that the doctor uses personal experience that has happened to the Dr family member, and treats me as if they are treating the family member, and not ME. Everyone is not the same! This doctor freaked out on me because of a medication that I have been taking for years, and refused to give me a stronger medication Again, based on "personal" experience with their family member. This doctor also told me specific health information about said family member, this is a huge HIPAA violation!!!! I also have to see this doctor via Zoom/ Teams in the office, and I normally talk to a black screen as they can't figure out how to work their camera. This place is a joke, but unfortunately, due to the "opioid crisis", everyone is treated as a drug addict/abuser, so you are at their mercy. Just praying I can find a "real" doctor to perhaps do some kind of surgery to not only relieve my pain, but to get away from this clinic, and off the pills altogether. If you don't mind an unprofessional place, so you can get your pain meds, go for it.”
