“The doctors and nurses I have met with in person extremely nice, professional. There is never a long wait. They seem dedicated to keeping appointment times so you're not waiting for hours like in some doctors offices. I only have one minor suggestion. I was dispatched to an out-of-state assignment for 48 hours and of course, during that time is my scheduled appointment. I have never had to reschedule an appointment before. We'll see Are use the app and asked to reschedule my appointment. My appointment was immediately rescheduled. However, it was rescheduled for four days after my medication would run out. I asked if there was anyway possible I could be rescheduled before I ran out of my medication I was told no that was the only option available. I've been asked is the doctor would refill my prescription for a few days so I would not miss my medication. The answer was also negative. Then I asked if I could be put on a waiting list in case someone cancel between now and in two weeks when my appointment is scheduled for. I was told "no we don't have a list". I felt the response was rude and insensitive. Understanding how sick my body will be without my scheduled medication for three days is very scary. Knowing that my doctors office was not willing to help in anyway has given me reason to pause and consider different clinic. However, I do like my doctor and the nurses have been great. When I paid only $40 per month I'm just stuck on how to handle three days with no medication. I can't afford to miss work so I can't stay home . I just wish the person who responded online and offered some type of solution or temporary remedy that could help my situation. Yes, I am able to reach someone at the clinic this coming week to see if they will give me a refill for three days then I will change my rating to 5 stars.”

“I've been with ptcoa for 7 pr more years. Everything is wonderful. I've received ablations on my low back that have really helped. I thought they handled the opiate issue with a concern for my welfare. Surgery staff was always caring and efficient. I recommend ptcoa to anyone who is considering pain management. Providers have been nice, and I feel they are focused on my needs. I have some difficult comorbidities, and I believe these issues are taken into consideration. “I love going here to see a pain Dr. They are very nice and understanding. But I'm starting to have a lot more pain down my legs and it's causing my legs to go numb so hopefully they can find out what's going on before it's to late. But over all it's a great place. Just as long as they keep doctors. Its hard when you get comfortable with one doctor then they leave then you get comfortable with another doctor then they leave too. So hopefully the one I see now will stay.”
