I called the clinic several times and was dismissed with the advice to give it more time. The pain was debilitating. I had asked to be referred to an orthopedic surgeon. I finally called in tears and asked again for a referral to a surgeon and the nurse contacted the doctor. They finally referred me to a surgeon.”

“Ok I just saw this dr. And he was terrible he diagnosed me with sleep apnea problems instead of concentrating on my back , shoulder and feet problems. I came there because I was in pain not to be diagnosed with sleep apnea which I already have. He wanted to take x-rays of my shoulder and back, I knew what he was trying to do, milk Tri-west under the VA. I asked for certain medication and he wouldn't prescribe them to me to help me. He is on of these doctors that won't do anything and referred to a health clinic. He was a waste of time”
