“Just wanted all of the staff there to know that "You're our favorite". Probably the most authentic, most compassionate, respectful office of workers we've ever met, (having lived all over, we've known many different offices) but the Pocatello office staff is incredibly professional, yet also extremely patient with old people in pain (and some clients have been downright rude, belligerent, loud and intolerant) but everyone at Pain and Spine does a fantastic job working with cruel and grumpy people and doing so in a positive and productive, reassuring way. The medical assistants are extremely efficient and friendly while listening effectively whilst working well with the doctors, nurses and PAs. The medical professionals are up to date on all of the procedures and best medical treatments available. They don't just medicate and send one home, but rather, they provide solutions to living a more productive and pain free lifestyle. (Even if it means not retaining a patient because their services have been rendered and the patient becomes well) Furthermore...the entire staff LISTENS!!! They listen to what is troubling the patient and seek the best solutions for each patient on an individual basis. I've seen my spouse feel as though he can no longer continue living with his non-stop, ever present pain (he's a disabled veteran and a hero to our Nation) to now becoming more optimistic for his future, and thriving from the medical treatments he's received! That's huge! When a patient's physical health improves, often their mental health improves as well. I believe this place truly wants to HEAL and help!
