“I am fairly disappointed in this practice as I on my own, got off one med. I'm so happy I did. So were they actually. BUT my dissatisfaction comes from making me white knuckle my way (not detox) but pain. I have hand, hip and mid-spine pain that can make me bed bound for days sometimes. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I was prescribed a certain number of meds until Took myself off the one I mentioned earlier. That's 90 doses. I told my provider and she said to wait the two weeks nail refill time upping my dose By one. I'd run out obviously and I did, and used the old med if I needed to I did use it and threw up. It always made me sick but I used it out of not suffering. So here I am almost two weeks out, unable to work, it's been four days since I clocked in because my hands, omg. Not only that, the pharmacy will not approve the new dosage saying my insurance won't pay for an extra dose and that I'd need to pre authorize the new script. I am a patient not a Dr not a nurse. This is not my field at all so I don't know what to do except to follow my doctors advice. I should not be suffering, that's why I go to them in the first place, to ask me to take a med after I told them it makes me sick is just irresponsible They are a wonderful staff, a bit too busy in my opinion so I can see how patients can get lost or forgotten in the shuffle. 1. Be careful if you go here, they don't care about you like they try to make you think they do during your initial appointment. 2. Make sure treatments are covered by your insurance so you're not blind sided like I was while in agony. 3. Be polite they make mistakes too BUT your life is in their hands -- be mindful of that. After this experience I will not recommend anyone to this place especially because I called in twice without any response. Is that caring? Not to me it isn't.”
