What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“I've been here already 4 months and I'm still in so much pain. First visit with Dr. Zoch is wonderful, very promising. Until you get with the PA's who don't listen to anything you tell them. They've done nothing but make my pain worse. PA James brown will only dismiss you and not listen to anything your telling him. PA Miranda has attitude and will recommend medications but send something completely different to the pharmacy. To top it off I'm a cancer patient and nobody here takes my pain seriously. I've spent months under their care with sleepless nights in excruciating pain!!! This is not ok. These PAs need to have more compassion and listening skills. I've held off writing this review because I kept giving them chances to help me. Now I can see this office is not the right one for me considering they have so many good reviews. I wish I had the same experiences as others. This is truly sad. And Krystal young the office manager doesn't respond to calls or text messages, which is very disappointing. This office needs to do better. It's not fair that I'm writing this at 4:43 AM in so much pain and so upset that I needed to write this review right now. If only I was listened to, taken care of, and treated with seriousness. I wouldn't be doing this right now. I hope everyone sees this review and realizes not everything with an almost perfect score means all your needs will be met or you'll be taken seriously.”

“Pain and spine institute has been very good to me. I never have to wait a long time for my appointment. The doctors and the physician assistance are very, very good. I wouldn't attend anywhere else. They are fantastic. Also, the receptionists are very helpful. Thank you.”

“Dr Zoch saved my life! Him and his staff are just phenomenal people and professionals. They know what they're doing and they care about you. They run on time (or try really hard to, life gets in the way sometimes) and take their time to answer all questions I ever have. They're thorough and gentle and they're the best pain clinic I've ever come across in any state I've ever lived. I will always recommend them, every time! I had been labeled a "mystery patient" for the past 10 years or so but Dr Zoch and PA Alexis realized that I have venous insufficiency and I went through the process of 4 vein ablations and my life has changed for the better. I cannot thank them enough!! They saved me. The photo on the left is from before the vein ablations. Photo on the right is after. Make the appointment. They actually care about you.”
