“Pain and spine institute recently purchased Gateway Pain and Spine. At my November appt in Hinsdale Illinois and thru today I experienced the negative side effects of pain institute purchasing Gateway. 1st, all Gateway employees grandfathered into pain and spine in Hinsdale are wonderful. The negative side effects included: must have MRI by end of November. Expect to be taken off of current meds and expect to have a internal procedure. Without consideration that I've been a chronic pain patient since 2003, or to the many procedures I've had post back surgery since 2003. or my age, that I'm on Medicare which doesn't cover many chronic pain meds, or the meds that ive tried/ result. The worst no consideration to my many health conditions. And more ridiculousness. I changed pain management clinics today. I don't recommend pain and spine institute.”

“This is the worst place. They don't explain the process. I went there for a cortisone shot and they instead burned my nerves. They didn't tell me that they decided to do this. They didn't tell me until they did it! They dragged the process out for 13 weeks. I don't feel like they care about the patients only the money they can get!!!”
