Patient Testimonials

Please read the Yelp reviews. Office staff was so rude. I had to assist my mother with 20 pages of needless documents. Had to call 2 times to schedule my mothers appointment. Arrived early as requested and had to wait 65 minutes to get it - and this was at 9:30AM. Zero follow up appointment calls. Then I called and it will be 5-7 weeks for my mother to get injections. Shockingly horrific front desk/business experience. Taking my mother elsewhere. Stay clear!

They said my referral a denied because my insurance doesn't cover their procedures or my diagnosis. My insurance says that's not true at all. I spoke with a very rude woman that was practically shouting at me. When I asked who I could contact to make a formal complaint she said that would be her and it's going nowhere. She also refused to give her name for my complaint to the insurance.

For no reason @ all & 5 days after a T-Bone accident in my car, I saw Dr. Dunn for help. I had seen him before & all went well. However, since I didn't go along with taking MORPHINE, because I'm ALLERGIC TO IT, & by way of either orally or having a morphine implant inserted, Dr. Dunn rushed my 45 minute app't to 30 minutes, & as he flew out the door, he told me " You're old & you're going to die", then very quickly bailed out the door. What? I have Chronic Pain, Fibromyalgia, Inoperable back/C-Spine, Spondylitis, Bursitis, Neuropathy, Osteo-Arthritis in ALL JOINTS, & the list goes on, + the recent car accident. I called to make a complaint with management who treated me like Dr. Dunn did, with disrespect, no feeling, & abusive behavior. Then, I was banned from every Pain Mgmt in Lane County, including the Spine Center (for Epidural). I am not pointing fingers, but I now what happened, who was responsible for blacklisting ME from ANY pain care in our area/county, because of 2 friends that worked for this OR clinic who SHOWED ME notes inn my chart. I wouldn't go back there if it's the last place on earth, because these practitioners that ABUSE sick & disabled seniors (I wasn't but 58-59 @ that time, NOT a SENIOR, now turning 67). This matter has been reported to State offices not only by me, but about 500 ex-patients in the past). One of these days, I hope Dr. Dunn gets a real CLUE what it's like to have no one to turn to for help with pain, also treated like he has treated others, regardless of age. Of course, IF you go to this clinic, YOU PAY for abuse & negligence. Never again. I have great help since then.

As a patient since 2011, I have experienced significant improvements in mobility and overall well-being, thanks to the dedicated care provided by Dr. Dunn and the team. Marissa, the office staff, consistently demonstrates exceptional professionalism and courtesy. Scheduling procedures has been seamless, with no complications encountered when arranging or modifying appointments. The team consistently maintains transparency and a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.
