“I've been coming here for years and stayed for one reading or another. However at my last appointment I was billed for "copays" for visits I was NOT present for. So the dr. can discuss care with the team, is what I was told. And my medication was due the following day to be picked up from my pharmacy. The pharmacy says they are missing a code for billing... I have texted, called, emailed, as well as had my pharmacy call. No response! I'm a week overdue on my medication that absolutely causes extreme side effects if stopped. I will be changing doctors and calling state on these people. This is absolutely unethical and abandonment of a patient.”

“The drs are good but the staff don't seem to care. They are super slow. I was told they didn't take my insurance, but they do. They apparently didn't want to bother looking into it first. So i was charged $100 copay for no reason. And now I cant get it back?!? Not happy with this place like I used to be.”

“It's all hurry up and wait. I've been waiting weeks for a referral and all they do is make a note. Someone from the answering service made the referral yesterday and sent to the wrong place. Noone was willing to help me again today. The staff in the office treats us like cattle. Usually too many patients while understaffed. If I weren't so close to what I need, I would find a new clinic.”

“Do not come to this office! Dr. Tayeb will spend maybe 2 minutes in the room. Will gaslight you and disregard your problems, pain, and experience in the office. You will wait at least 3 hours for each appointment. And his staff is disrespectful and inappropriate in front of patients. They do not care about you. They just want your money, and every other pain patient in the tri-state apparently which will be lining the walls because they schedule more patients than they should take.”
