“Don't even bother with them. They will give you the runaround for months just trying to get an appointment to get in to see someone. They don't like to answer the phone, they don't like to return phone calls when you leave messages, and when you finally do get to speak to someone you will be told to call their Charleston office to set up an appointment. When you call the Charleston office that's when the real fun starts. You will be given the runaround again for a few more months just to eventually be told they are not accepting new patients at this time. It was a great experience of how to waste several months of my time thinking I had potentially found a doctor that would be able to help me. If you value your time and you NEED to see a neurologist, save yourself the trouble and look somewhere else.”

“Very rude reception ladies! BTW their policy that requires a urine sample is not told to the patient prior to the appointment, not even during online check in. They give you an hour to provide one then cancel your appointment. They say it is required to know what your allergic to. So why is it a surprise test? Completely ridiculous! Did I mention they are very RUDE!?”
