“Review for Dr. Daniel Frederick. Avoid this doctor. He does not even feign interest when you share your concerns or symptoms. He prescribed me medication to help with symptoms I don't have. He completely brushed me off when I offered to connect him with my physical therapist regarding ongoing pain and medical conditions so that he could gain a better insight. I had even brought notes from said PT, and he did not want to look at them. My PT knows my condition better than anyone, so it makes no sense why Dr. Frederick was so disinterested in this information. He wanted me out of the door ASAP and did not want to discuss any options. *Not* LGBTQIA friendly.”

Although it may have taken a while for me to actually get my initial appt scheduled and then a little longer before I actually saw the Dr, well I can see why now. Dr. Gutierrez is amazing with an excellent bedside manner. He listens. He cares. And he understands. He genuinely wants to help get to the root of your pain and nip it in the bud. On a side note, I really love how this Dr is also from Austin. Born and raised. true Austinite. Not too many of us still around but ironically somehow we still seem to always end up finding each other along the way... making it feel like it's still a small town. Idk it just makes me feel like "home." There couldn't have been a better referral choice for a pain specialist. I'm happy with the turnout so far. All the staff from the front desk to the nurses station to the surgery center have all been extremely nice and pleasant to work with. Thank you.”
