“I would normally post 5 stars, but I got my meds discontinued without any prior notice or explanation even after I have been with them for years because of a urine test that didn't show enough of the meds that they prescribed in it. I had to call back in to the main office for an explanation from someone who wasn't even my caregiver to tell me that. I never got a good direct answer, but they apparently think I wasn't taking the meds every day even though I was taking it religiously every night. Guess my word means little to nothing. I am 66, have been a chronic pain patient for 16 years and have never had this experience or had my integrity called into question.”
