Patient Testimonials

I wish I had read the reviews before hand! Awful experience. Staff are great but my experience with the doctor no so. Spent time diligently explaining my situation, diagnosis and pains. Most of which I felt like it was dismissed as not being true. I was told the only treatment they do there are the injections to which I said I do not want them at all. I was told that is your only option here which does not seem very specialist to me if you only specialize in one form of treatment. Then came the examination!!! This can only explain as borderline assault. I felt what I can only imagine was a knee shoved into my lower back from behind and then I got severely yanked backwards to which I was asked does this hurt! I had already cried out in pain so I am sure that was obvious. This carried on being yanked back and forth at different positions. Since then my back has been horrendous and I can barely walk or stand up straight. I cannot turn without sharp pains radiating from my lower back. Why a doctor would want to do that kind of examination to someone with a back condition is totally unacceptable. I asked for an X ray to which I was told you dont need one, you must have a MRI and then he would start the injections! As I have a family history of arthritis i thought this would be a good place to start. The only thing that was fully explained to me is what I had to do to get the insurance company to pay for this treatment. I will not step foot in the place again and I have explained what happened to the doctor who referred me there. There was no compassion or respect I feel. It was a strange experience all round.

For someone in excruciating pain, this is NOT the place to go. Sure they were very nice when they told me they only administer shots on Fridays and I would have to wait until the NEXT Friday. Um, I'm in pain now!! They also said I could change to an office that wasn't an hour and a half away. That was a total lie. You can't do that, if they change you, your appt at the original office goes away. And your new office may not be able to get you in as soon as this office. Can I talk to someone in that office? No. I hope they change their policies before all of them get to be 60 or 70. Because this whole thing is not right. And yes I was offered opiods before I turned them down and went with injections which scare me also!! Have fun but if you are in pain, look elsewhere.

Dr.Lo and team are extremely professional a very caring to their patients. He worked me in for injections in just one days notice as I was in extreme pain. I would highly recommend Dr.Lo and his team P.S.A.

Anita Webb

Dr Parris took his time evaluating my pain and explained my plan of treatment clearly. All the staff were very pleasant.
