“Call center unhelpful and unpleasant. I completed my appointment with Dr Caylor in Round Rock. He was attentive and we tried solutions for my pain after a failed laminectomy. His staff was pleasant. The final result was I would benefit with care being transferred to the Temple office where I live. That's where things went wrong and dealing with the call center unfriendly and unhelpful. My relief that I had found some folks that care and will help me receive quality service was short lived. Simple transfer from Dr Caylor to Dr Ramirez fell through with no one concerned enough to resolve.”

They put a stimulator in for me and then new staff let me down. I had to try and find new pain care somewhere else. Before the new staff took over I loved PSA.
