“Upon my arrival I was not impressed with the receptionist. She was very rude when I can into the office after she put the "NOW OPEN" sign out. She said we don't open until 8 AM. I explained that my appointment was at 8 AM but I was instructed to come in 30 before my appointment because I was a new patient. She said well we don't open until 8 AM. I went back to my vehicle and two minutes later she called me and said the doctor came in early so, I can come back it. First impression of this office was, I'm not going to receive good service here. I completed the online check in and I explained this to her. However, she proceeded to give me the patient paperwork. I was called to the back and everything from that point on was 1st class service. Dr. FRONK was excellent in hearing about my pain, explaining the course of action a long with explanation of how the medication work. I am excited to be under this doctors care. .”
