Prescriptions sent to pharmacies that are sometimes far away from me, and I'm not even notified they sent prescriptions to the pharmacy(happened more than once). Communication is terrible -- no updates, no clear messages. “Having lower back issues for over a year I contacted Pain Solutions recommended to me by my primary doctor Janet Berger at SMH. I met with Tara at their office and after reviewing my MRI she suggested a Lumbar Epidural Steroid Injection in my L4 and L5 joint. I opted for monitored sedation as I was apprehensive of the procedure.
