What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Receptionist was extremely rude. No sympathy. Waited for the dr for almost 2 hours when asked where was the dr (Dr. Kogan)? They said he had a procedure when my appointment was at 1:30pm. Clearly this doctor cared for business and not the patient. And absolutely shows no sympathy for old patients. Just money maker.”

“I've seen both doctors at this location. One is very kind and great at his job. The other assaulted me, injured my already injured shoulder, and pinned me down to a table with his groin while he was injuring me and screaming at me to go to physical therapy (which I do 2-3x a week, though he never asked if I went and just decided to scream in my face out of nowhere instead). It took my PT 3 weeks to fix the damage he did. I had a new severe injury that impaired my ability to move and breathe. Doc (the good one) scheduled me for trigger point injections. I arrive on time, do the paperwork, sit down, wait for an hour. Have to go to the bathroom (no toilet tissue) and ask how long the wait might be when I ask for toilet tissue. They say 5 procedures ahead of me after I've already waited an hour. I walked over in excruciating pain, in a severe storm and tornado warning. I'm physically unable to sit or stand long due to my conditions, and they were about to have me waiting 5+ hours for a 5min procedure. They were never going to say a word. I had to leave for work. They asked if I wanted to be rescheduled to the following week. Why? So I can cancel another important medical appointment, unexpectedly wait 5+ hours for a 5min procedure again, and still get no treatment? I can go untreated at home, so why go through the hassle? It seemed like one of the doctors called out or something, which happens, but you inform patients. You don't just expect people to wait several hours in pain and in severe weather warnings (we're being told to stay home unless leaving for something absolutely urgent right now) without a word. They were not busy, both front desk people were just sitting there the whole time, so they absolutely could have informed us. Added bonus was the drunk as can be patient tossing flower pots around and breaking them? That was bizarre, though ultimately not the staff's fault. Now I'm stuck with this severe pain made worse by the wait, walking in the severe weather, etc. and I have zero options for treatment. No other doctors nearby take my insurance, but I don't feel like I can schedule here again if this is how they do things. Delays happen but I need to know if it's gonna be several hours for such a brief procedure.”
