“Today was my very first appointment at this practice. The office staff that I came in contact with appeared to be nice. When I was put in a room I answered the normal medical questions asked by a nurse then after a NP (a lady) came in...she evaluated me and decided what I needed. All sounded OK. However, I am allergic to a certain medication that she wanted me to take. She refused to give me a medication that was better for me and one that wouldn't send me to the emergency room. She is the first NP that recommended that I take a medication that WILL harm me. I let her know that and it's in my medical history but she refused to change it. She must run the office and not the actual doctor because he never got involved in that part. Yes, he came in and talked with me and he seemed like an ok doctor. No doctor is going to give me a medication that I know I'm allergic to and that will cause me harm. I'm not gonna tell people not to go there because some people get treated differently than others. But this place is DIFFERENTLY not for me. I will not return. There's other places to go and if it wasn't I'm still not gonna take a medication that will cause me to go to the emergency room. I GIVE THIS PLACE A”

“I am a chronic pain sufferer and have constant burning pain over 80% of my body. I've also had major back surgery, and I have arthritis in my spine. When my pain is not being treated it continues to intensify until I feel like I can't breath and because of this my previous pain doctor had me on an extended release medication as well as a quick release. This did not come about easily, it took about 6 years of trying several combinations of medications to help to wrestle down this pain to get it to a manageable level so that I can work and be a functioning adult. Finally 3 years ago my previous pain management provider found the combination of medication that worked for me and I was able to work full time again. Well my previous provider closed down his practice and I was referred to this clinic. They completely disregarded my previous treatment and said I was on too much medication. They completely took away my extender release medication, they reduced the milligrams and cut the amount of my quick release medication in half. Now, I have NO treatment after like 8pm and through the night when my pain intensifies beyond belief, I've never suffered so much in my life! I'll take labor over this because at least at some point it's over. By the time the morning comes and I can take my medication the pain has intensified to a level that the first dose barely does any good and I've missed so much work. I've blown through all of my sick and vacation time and if nothing changes I will go back to being a non fictional non working adult again. That life sucked so bad and it's all over some pill count that was valued over my quality of life! I gave 2 stars because of hope, I am hopeful that this will change soon and I would love to update this review to a more positive review because I found a provider who cares more... we will see.”
