“DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED ACTUAL MEDICATION MANAGEMENT. After reading other reviews, it's clear this clinic is extremely hesitant to prescribe anything, even when it's medically necessary. I would gladly take this review down if I and others could begin receive proper treatment in the future but right now I feel somewhat unsupported. There is so much stigma around pain management, and this clinic absolutely contributes to it. Chronic pain is a legitimate medical condition that requires treatment -- we're not trying to misuse the medication, at least not in my case, we're trying to get relief and be able to walk around and get up out of bed like everyone else, just like anyone with any other medical condition. I've been going to this pain management clinic for about 8 months, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. They mixed up my medical records with someone else's, and since then I've been treated unfairly and judged. I've passed every urine drug screen and followed everything they've asked, yet I'm still not taken seriously. What makes this even worse is that I just want to be treated like every other patient, but I clearly am not. And I probably have one of the worst neck and back conditions in the entire clinic -- and that's just one of my issues. With a completely deteriorated disc and a spinal fusion scheduled for January 29th, I shouldn't have to fight for basic pain relief. Despite all this, they insist on prescribing only one 5 mg pill a day, which does absolutely nothing for my level of pain. I've explained this multiple times, but nothing is ever adjusted. There have been several times they refused to answer the phone, ignored refill requests, or didn't fill my medication at all. They even started me on a new medication, gave me only ten pills, and left me unsure if they'd ever refill it. At this point, I'm honestly scared to take anything they prescribe because I have no trust they will manage it correctly. This clinic has caused me unnecessary pain, stress, and frustration during a time when I should be getting real medical care. I truly hope they take these issues seriously and make major improvements.”
