“This was the first time I've seen this doctor, and he was completely rude, Discriminating. Because of my age and my disability. He never spoke about what he can do for me and my lower back pain. All he did was judge me told me to go back to work stop collecting a check go work when I'm Completely disable there was a lot of offensive stuff when I'm disabled. The Doctor said so much disrespectful stuff telling me that the doctors that operated on my neck and right shoulder Should've lost their license for touching my body I don't understand if the doctor doesn't like his job. Do another profession. I didn't choose to become disabled. Things happen in life that we cannot control, and for a doctor to come at me and criticize me become I'm young and I shouldn't be disabled. for doctor to speak to me like that is Really rude and disrespectful and really discriminating because Of my disability and age. For patients like us that are disabled, a doctor to speak like that doctor should lose their license so much discrimination on his behalf.”

“The staff is rude no common courtesy you are not You're not acknowledge when you walk in or to make an appointment. Getting Authorization completed is a nightmare absolutely no diversity in the office.had the phone hung up on me more then once. It's an all Latino facility and African American aren't welcome And they will be sure to make you feel unwelcome. Cheryl S.”

“This has to be hands down the worst patient experience I have ever been through. I cannot speak for the Doctors of this business, and the medical assistants and staff were pleasant. However the Nurse Practitioner was an absolute nightmare. Miriam Dee is someone who should no longer work in this specialty. She has absolutely no interpersonal skills and obviously no longer enjoys her job. During my consult she make such comments, such as " I'm not going to find cocaine or fentanyl in your drug test am I , this is the last chance to come clean" and then continued to openly called me a liar in reference to my medical history and then continued to call me a drug addict and seeker. I explained to her as a nurse myself I get drug tested for my job, she goes on to tell me that she doesn't get drug tested (which is concerning for a provider who works so closely with opiates and pain drugs). She then offered me trigger points which are usually done lying down for your lower back, however she made me bend over the exam table and drop my pants. Post these injections I have had more nerve pain then before. She needs to retire and I will be seeking legal action.”
