“I will never go back to this Dr again. It was the worst experience I've ever had in a Dr's office. Well, actually, the second worst. The first time was when I was there the last time. When I first got into the room where they prep you, they got me ready and then left me in there for over an hour even passed my appointment time. Meanwhile, the nurses and the Doctor Who was giving me my injection/epidural or sitting at the triage talking about food the whole time, and the doctor was using profanity. Mind you, they were not quiet about any of it.. All of this while I was waiting for my appointment. When I finally got into the room where they give the injections even the staff in the room were not very comforting. One of the nurses injected my twilight very quickly as to not let me know what was coming And it was very cold and painful and did three times in a row without warning. The doctor walked in very quickly and injected me with one thing and then injected me with something else. One after the other soon after the nurse injected me with the twilight. The twilight did not take affect at all. There was no time. The doctor came in before it could even start working and shot me up twice. It was very painful.. It hurts so bad I started crying. I felt there was no bedside manner by any of the people involved. It was very cold.and heartless. I felt like I was in a horror film and the staff were all robots. I will never return to that place again. Terrible experience. I felt one person was very nice and acted human and she was a nurse. Her name was Kelly.”
