They're approach look like only one dr whole of this world”

“I really liked these providers at first. They were in a convenient location, but then their offices changed hours (not updated here) and I had to go 1.5 hrs away to the other office to be seen. That was fine, I didn't want to start new with another clinic so I coped. I then had a procedure done there which has made me worse (injections into a tendon to heal it actually damaged the tendon further and now I can't bend my knee 3mos later). I had 4 telehealth sessions scheduled to discuss this, but the doctor no-showed to all 4. I took off work and he just didn't show up, 4 times in a week, so then I just gave up on seeing them. Then, I received my EOB from my insurance and learned that the office had charged me double what my insurance authorized. When I contacted them for a refund and provided copies of my EOB, they never replied (this was almost 2 months ago). That one is actually insurance fraud, so not a great look.”

“This place does not honor appointment times. My appointment was scheduled for 2pm. I ended up leaving at 345 as I still had not been seen. Very disturbing considering Covid is still prevalent. Other doctor offices that I've been to adhere to appointment times and see clients based on their appointment time. Definitely will not be returning. I value my time.”
