“I'm praying that I'll be able to come back on here and change my rating. But so far, Doctor Alexander is amazing. He's the ONLY pain management doctor who actually cares. He listens, he cares, and doesn't treat his patients like cattle or drug addicts. The staff are amazing too. They're very nice. But ive been waiting almost 2 months for EMERGENCY MRIs. I call once or twice a week... and get nowhere. I'm in excruciating pain that gets worse day by day. I need help. I'm currently on the 3rd day of a complete nervous breakdown and looks like it's gonna be 4 days tomorrow because I'm currently waiting on a call back that I'll never receive. I don't understand. Hopefully I'll be able to come back and change my rating. Hopefully, I'll be treated for my pain. Doubt it but I can't go back to wellstone. I have too many responsibilities at home. So, I have to hang on to empty hope.”

“Dr Alexander is a brilliant man who runs his practice the way a pain management practice should be run. He does his utmost to advise his patient for the best outcome.
