“Dr Mark Jones I have always looked up to the clinic for helping so many people. I had been coming to the clinic sense 2016 there around the time of my craniotomy. Your dad was the sweetest man I've ever known. The appointment I had on the 4th of December 2025 I will admit was not handled well by my husband even when I tried to get him to just stop talking. I admit he was loud and rude. I on the other hand said absolutely nothing. I received my letter saying I was discharged and the reason was shocked to see I failed urine test that I was never aware of. All I'm saying is I am having a very hard time with coming off the medicine in 14 days. I've been on opioids for long time you can look at my records. I'm sick shaking and throwing up. I'm hot one minute cold the next. I can't do this over night. I'm begging for your help and consideration to let me come back to the clinic. I will be a model patient. I also want you to know that I apologized to Nicole repeatedly and your staff said everything was alright. Please help me. I'm hurting so bad”
