“I went through many months of PT to alleviate lower back pain. A CT scan later revealed a large herniated disc that was causing me intense pain. I was referred to Dr Monzon who initially gave me a couple of injections that helped me tremendously. He later recommended a procedure called Disc FX which reduces the protrusion. “I'll start out with a short history. I've had lower back pain/herniated bulging disk for most of my life and in the last year or so it's been getting so bad that I've been almost getting to the point of having to use the walker it was causing me so much pain to walk or do anything and I'm very active young 67 year old. I heard about Dr Monzan and I went to see him. I will start out by saying that his staff Maria, Eva and Alex are all wonderful and when I met Dr Mozan he really took the time to explain everything to me about my disc and what we can do to fix it and we decided to do a new procedure where he cleans out the herniated disk and then cauterizes it to close all the tears that cause the fluid to protrude and hit nerves giving me the intense pain. He used a procedure called DISC FX and it has been one week today and I am pain free for the first time in months!! It is amazing and I cannot tell you how great I feel. I have to take it easy for a month make sure that the disk heals properly but after that I believe that I'm really going to be pain-free for a long long time due to this revolutionary procedure as opposed to doing major scary back surgery which would have been my other option, and one that probably would have ruined my life. Another great thing about this is if it gives me a pain-free life for two or three years and the pain does come back we can do it again although I am praying it lasts forever!! I highly recommend Dr Monzan!! If I could give him 20 stars I would and I highly recommend the DISC FX procedure for anyone looking for relief from bulging or herniated discs!!
