Patient Testimonials

We have been coming to this office for 7 years and have always been treated with respect and kindness. The staff is not responsible for medication delays and are under a lot of pressure for delays that are completely out of their control. please bear with them as they handle 100, often frantic, calls a day from patients trying to get their medications on a timely manor. They care and do their best to resolve the issues as quickly as possible under California's ever changing regulations.

I love Dr kuang He's helped me more than any of my doctors. If I need something I called the office. They are quick to help me. I appreciate this Office.

This place is nothing more than a pill mill. They don't care about your health or pain they only want to make money. I was forced to go here after my primary was forced to send pain patients to pain clinics. I saw Kuang once. He sat behind a desk with a mask on (pre Covid) didn't even put a hand on me. Their blood pressure cuff wouldn't work majority of the time. They never checked my heart or request enzyme levels. But were adamant about those drug tests. Even though I wasn't on any other medication and have NEVER tested positive for any other drugs. I never saw Kuang again. But went through 5 different PA's. Once I established a relationship with one, they would be gone. Even after Covid everything was done through telephone. They would call you the day before demanding their co-pay and one time I was driving and couldn't read my card number and said I would call back and the woman was extremely rude. When I got home I tried to call and it took 3 hours to get a hold of anyone. If the pharmacy was out of your medication they would want another phone call and another co-pay to get you a different medication. I finally decided I was done. I weaned myself off and found herbs and supplements that helped. I highly suggest going somewhere else if possible. I'm still dealing with daily pain due to a genetic condition but now that I don't have to deal with this office and the not so friendly staff, I can deal with the pain better.

Staffs at the front desk (both out-patient surgery building and the clinic across the street from each other) have poor communication skills and have some major attitude issues. The scheduled appointments I have been given has caused me to have missed days of work. Most for no reasons. When spoken to over the phone for scheduled nerve block, the day I go in, I'm told it's telemedicine. Telemedicine is a little video call from the Doctor to see how things are. The 2nd time I was given an appointment date, I went in and they told me I had a missed appointment. Weird, because I was never told I had an appointment I didn't know about. Everytime I spoke with a staff I always write it down on a piece a paper, then log it into my phone as a reminder and go home and write it on the calendar. Now today, a 3rd time. What was suppose to be my scheduled appointment for a nerve block became another telemedicine. With frustration and anger building up because I'm having to travel and miss a day of work, I finally got fed up. Both offices had me go back and forth, building to building trying to figure out what was going on. Ladies at the clinic gave an attitude, couldn't tell me why my scheduled nerve block was happening today. Had me go back across the street to ask the woman at the out patient surgery building. That lady there was already starting to get annoyed and started telling me that the ladies at the clinic should have resolved this whole issue. Sigh. What an absolute headache. Now on to Dr. KUANG. These nerve blocks hasn't been helping at all. The 1st one lasted only a few hours but later turned into intense pain and aches. The 2nd one I was awake when I had the nerve block done. This didn't help at all. I left in terrible pain and since then have been dealing with increasing pain. What I can remember getting the nerve block, one of the needle was placed at the wrong spot. And he re-did it. I'm sure I have a little nerve damage now. The pain doesn't simmer down and I'm having a harder time being able to sleep. Work. Or even going out that requires long walks.
