“Generally speaking, this company is providing what they offer, "pain management solutions", but I'm not sure I'd say they are "specialists". They are providing drugs to patients who are requesting them, but their service could be much better. For example, our family works with Dr. Patel and he requires a monthly check in for the prescriptions needed. Not a problem. And he's willing to do these check ins virtually, which is nice. But he regularly is late to the appointments, usually 15-45 minutes late. This is quite frustrating.”

“Have been coming to this place for years. Love the Doctor, and some of the staff, but there is no organization, overbooking, no privacy in the waiting room and very long wait times in very uncomfortable chairs. Waited 3 hours yesterday and never did get my procedure and finally had to walk out in massive pain. I will be filling a complaint with management as this has happened many times now. I am a retired healthcare professional and would not recommend this surgery center in its present condition to anyone. In my opinion, it needs a major over haul.”

“I have been waiting for five months to go to physical therapy still have yet to get the paperwork from this office to the physical therapy office. I find myself waiting for about an hour after my appointment scheduled. And these doctors do not know much about medical cannabis, I had an epidural injections, didn't know that I need to stop taking my medical cannabis before being put under anesthesia. This doctor office does not do a good job in healthcare, nothing but opiate pushers. Make sure you take those pills every day, or they will stop prescribing them to you even if you plan on taking them when you need them the most.
