“Extremely incompetent staff. Failed to contact my insurance provider in time twice for the same procedure. Now I have to schedule for the 3rd time. They blame my insurance company, but I called the insurance company, and the truth is this pain management office just dropped the ball, big time. As a result, I'm sitting here in extreme pain, waiting for my procedure, much longer that I should have. I also have to cancel my vacation plans. Thanks a lot. Update for Summer 2022: Last year I finally got the injection after several cancellations, due to the incompetent staff here. Dr. Greg Smith did the injection and it went surprisingly well. It was painless. Now I need another injection one level up. I decided to try Greg Smith again because I know he knows what he's doing. Sadly his staff is worse than ever. Extremely rude and dragging their feet on getting the procedure approved through insurance. It's no big deal for them, but I'm in pain, and I also have to arrange someone to drive me to the procedure, so I can't be playing these games where it may or may not be approved on my injection date. Really sad that such a great doctor has such an abysmal staff.”
