What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“I had been going there for a couple years an office visit was 300 before insurance now that they do everything in house they decided to charge over 600 a UA which then puts your bill up over 1000. I have good insurance but they think 300 plus a month you pay is normal. Save your money and time!! It is a complete rip off!! However if Dr. Bolton ever leaves there I would highly recommend her.”

“Don't waste your time. It's not even called PMO anymore because they were bought out by some business on the east coast. PMO was AMAZING but this new company is a scam. They'll have you wait hours because they only have 1 doctor on staff that sees 100's of patients. Find another place, there are many many more out there that are way better. They are cheap and you have to skype people on the east coast that are hella rude and disrespectful. They have 6 nurses that walk around doing nothing or sitting at the reception playing games on their phone or computer all day while there are 14 people waiting to go back. It's a terrible place! You will be miserable.”

“This place saved my life, had a great staff and a beloved counselor Liz, that was particularly helpful and well loved. The worthless CEO of this garbage clinic made a drastic, spontaneous overhaul, fired Liz without a days notice, fired every doctor that had been staffed, turned the front desk employees from joyous welcoming people to seemingly frightened, quiet and PTSD-esque. They abruptly stopped my medication, forced me through withdrawal and played games with scheduling, vague explanations, and underhandedly and secretly blackballed me because a spontaneous cheap instant test yielded positive for benzodiazepenes. This was the only time they hadn't used a lab affirmed UA, and I have had a lab proven false positive for benzos from a faulty instant test. They didn't allow me to contest or lab test my sample which was protocol. The day I was scheduled to finally see a doctor, I met patients with 3 lab confirmed positive UAs who were never abruptly or ever denied their prescription. I also had an appointment with Liz, the favorite individual and group counselor made on Friday. She was fired by Monday. Plenty of patients walked out in anger immediately. I sat through a very long, theatrical wait and submitted a clean test. Eventually a random new employee told me that not one of several doctors was "comfortable seeing me". She lied and said it was because they were unsure about my psych meds that their own office had been prescribing for 8 months with Suboxone and was now an issue. They said I was banned even if I received the remaining meds elsewhere. Basically the entire new staff they used to replace the long time staff were much worse and less educated. I was clearly singled out because I was the only patient with a service dog, but they decided that "we do not accept established or any patient on any medication that isn't Suboxone." Very sensible. They handed me a useless generic crisis number sheet and booted me. The entire routine and feel of PMC is like a prison based sobriety program devoid of any compassion and was more fear, authority and power based. When I asked the secretary I knew for a year what the hell is going on, she sheepishly pointed to the name of their slimy, wretched CEO. A heartless woman that didn't even talk to patients. This place is based on money and kickbacks, patients welfare is not even second on their priority list. They brought me to a state of hopelessness, sickness, psychic hell and heroin relapse. I wish 1,000 fold of my suffering upon the CEO and hope she burns in hell. I hope the whole operation goes belly up. If you want to escape opiate dependency and feel better about your life, AVOID PMO. I was blessed enough to get through the horrible place they left me in and I'm now with an awesome doctor at NEIGHBORCARE. NEIGHBORCARE'S PROGRAM IS A GENUINELY PATIENTS FIRST PROGRAM. I hope this review keeps people from PMO's recovery gulag. I am going to speak to the ADA about their tyrant CEO and hope they can slap this "person" silly in some form. I came to a reservoir, I left a soulless business suite. SAY NO TO PMO!”
