“Working with Dr. Ross's office has been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any medical provider. They lied to me when they said they were in network with my insurance I asked them multiple times to confirm I was in network when making the appointment and the day of the appointment. I spent 3 months to get the bill reduced then they disregarded the the arrangement and turned it over to collections. Now they just scream at me over the phone when I call. I did not get the procedure I went in for and if I would have I guess I would be on the hook for thousands. I have spent untold hours dealing with this one Dr. appointment and received absolutely no benefit from them. They got my deductible when I checked in. In my opinion they should reimburse it to me much less coming after me for more.”

“My daughter & I have been seeing DR Ross for 2 years now. We have never had an issues with him or his staff. His staff is top notch especially all the nurses! He explains everything in detail. Not sure why some had bad experiences but we need to keep in mind that he is a human being not GOD or a miracle worker. He does what he is skilled to do nothing more. If the procedure works then great, if it doesn't well it just doesn't. That should not get him a bad rating! Moving locations yes there was a huge delay in getting back to me, but that was because of the new building and new phone line. Just keep calling until you do reach them not the end of the world. My 1st RF worked wonders for 9 months the 2nd did nothing. The nerves do grow back & can even become worst. This is out of his control. My daughter is a competitive gymnast who has Bastrop Syndrome. He praises her for doing it for so many years and dealing with that pain. He unlike most doctors said to her " I cannot tell you to give up the sport you love however that will the best way to fully be pain free" he genuinely told her I will do everything in my power to make you have a successful season and he has! She says he is her angel! She tumbles now with no issues. Is it a permanent fix? absolutely not. But then again, there is no procedure that is 100% Shantusha is absolutely great, she is always on point with getting our authorizations & quickly schedules us. My daughter went in for her procedure & one week later was all smiles at practice, not a single back pain. She wanted me to tell him that her 1st meet went beautifully & that she came in 3rd place all around. She's ready to rock & roll. We won't see another Doctor here in the springs that's for sure”

“I had a procedure with Dr. Ross on April 19, 2021. This procedure was to see if the injection would work. The procedure however did not work it made the pain worse and now I have numbness in my feet. reached out to the doctors office About the numbness in my feet and the excruciating pain that im having in my L-5 and S-1i was transferred to his nurse she left him a message because he was on his way to a meeting that was on April 21, 2021 still hadn't received a call from the doctor so I reached back out to their office to learn the doctor left the nurse a email to tell me to go to the ER. This doctor is definitely not connected to his patients I have switched doctors through my TRICARE. . I explain to the nurse that the doctors job is to check on his patients not send you an email and because of that result I am switching doctors and I have done so please stay away from this doctors office because he doesn't care about the patients he only cares about the money. I feel as though since the other procedure that he wouldn't be doing since the first procedure didn't work he's not gonna be getting as much money so why connect with the patient I'm just a number not a patient this now explains why he's at a 2.3 in reviews”

“Doctor relationship with myself was apparently not that of a good one. I recieved a letter to separate services from me due to receiving pain meds from another doctor which was my primary care for other issues and at said time Scott wasn't giving me appointments but every 3 months. I would never recommend him to anyone. He wanted to keep giving me infections when doctors in Texas had said i needed surgery and had been through all injections needed to prove this. This is his 2nd time doing this, they are very unprofessional and wait time with scheduled appointment is always longer. So they get a 1 from me. If you want to give your money away do so but i warned you. This is my personal experience Ann's i approve this message”
