Patient Testimonials

I finally found a pain management dr that cares about what a patient is going and he actually read through radiology report. Unlike cristal at the grove location this PA hasn't a clue and was to lazy to read to read it and she was to lazy to read the intake report the helpers fill out and worst part of this is this location had 5 PA'S in 4 years and this cristal is the worst and laziest on of all. I ended up in Arkansas with pain management centers of America and they have at least 1 dr that cares enough to listen to his patient and was willing to get me medicated so im not miserable, something cristal didn't give a damn about and she didn't care how a patient was felling and wouldn't fight her boss to help me fell better. If you want to go to Arkansas every 2 months in stead of every month with clown PA in grove. Try pain treatment centers of America.

Terrible experience with this place. They assured me that they accepted my insurance except the doctor hadn't done the annual recertification process, so my insurance wouldn't cover my medication. Not sure how they were reimbursed for my office visits. They couldn't keep a doctor on staff & wouldn't bother cancelling your appointment during the times the office was shutdown. The receptionist was beyond rude & hateful. The only staff member that was any kind of help was Jay.

The employees are so kind here. We love Andra & Dr Shearer. They don't rush & really listen. They always run on time & their building smells so good! They've helped my husband tremendously. Thank you guys!

If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is an absolute joke of a pain management clinic. My best friend came here for injections into her hips - a procedure that is already physically and emotionally intense - and they treated her like an afterthought. I don't care who the doctors are, if you're treating people differently based on age you shouldn't even be in this career. She is chronically ill and for a doctor to know her records and make comments, like, "what happened to you?" As if she needed a reason to be DISABLED? Work on your bedside manner, not here! No doctor ever showed up post procedure too to check in, show some actual hospitality as I know she was probably scared as possible because she hates needles. She was promised a Xanax to help ease the anxiety and pain, but they didn't even manage to fill the prescription. No anesthetic. No sedation. Just giant needles being shoved into her small joints with ZERO compassion, preparation, or professionalism. Who sends someone into a procedure like that with no pain control and no explanation and on top calling them a pain management office? This place has no business calling itself a medical facility. If you care about your health, your safety, or your basic dignity, run far away. Again. Pain management? More like pain multiplication.
