“I have been a patient here for 9 years I have never had any problems never. They have both of my phone numbers in case they need to contact me. First off my aunt passed away the beginning of October then my grandmother had a stroke I was taking care of her, someone stole my phone I didnt think nothing of it my concern was my grandmother, but apparently they called for me to come for a urine sample. I've always passed my test and I've always had came in on top of that my foot is broke my car is in shop I have receipts of everything I have told them the car my aunt my grandmother even the phone being stole. I have never been so hurt by someone in my life I've been coming here for 9 years I considered them like family. But they took my appointment of the schedule, when i called to make my payment. I've been going through alot that one time I needed them to be by my side they wasn't. They don't care about there patients. I never thought I would be treated like this from them but he argued with me him amd the other lady said they called my backup number they didn't call it not 1 Tim. That's why I gave them the other number for if they couldn't get ahold of me by one call the other. They didn't I can even get my call records to prove it. But nomatter how much evidence I have supporting everything I told them unfortunately they stilled didn't care and treated me as I was a child I've never been spoken like that. Sorry for the long review I just wanted people to see how places are. Heck I even told them I will go to the ER right now and get a test but they didnt care or want to hear anything I had to say to them amd hung up on me.”

“The staff is rude they told me I couldn't be seen here anymore for inconsistent urine. You pay cash out of your own pocket to be seen here and they'll just let you go at will. They have proof that I need another surgery but won't see me.”

“doctor horner is an exelent doctor the service is horrible with no good explanation they throw you in the streets the lady in the office that you never see is horrible no heart don't care about people in chronic pain bad person yes i was discharged for no good reason i wish my doctor all the best but the office i never in my life want to see them again i found a very good pain clinic we're people care about you”
