“Have went there for years But one day I called when I woke up and my voice was groggy so they blamed it on the valium!! She said No Valium I said No Problem I Will Get Off It Right Now! Then she wanted to give me a patch I have had patches before and No they don't work and they come off before the week is over with!! Pain patches are a Joke! Guess I will look for a new Dr,!!”

“Not sure what's up with all the bad reviews. I've never had a bad experience. Maybe customers are representing themselves in a poor fashion and are getting treated as such. The are usually lots of people when I go in and the waiting period reflects that. I have seen a lot of people go in and out. Some don't even bother to shower or dress nicely for the appointment. You can tell they are there for the pills, and probably get treated as such. Other people who have pain and actually care about their appearance and respect the dr get treated as such too.”

“Words cannot Express how upset I am with Dr. Pai! Two years ago I was a patient there and never had a problem. I recently moved back to mishawaka and I ironically enough still have major back pain from blunt force trauma and he has the MRI to prove it! I had to wait a month to get in his office and for nothing- I have to wait two more weeks for my urine test to come back...TWO MORE WEEKS. Now were at a month and a half of constant pain interfering with my life, my wife and my kids!! Icing on the cake was I do not get any say in my treatment whatsoever! I have to do physical therapy even though I have done physical therapy in the past and it hurts physically to move my spine...not a good idea! They also signed me up to see a back surgeon...not something I want to do! They scheduled me with 30 other people at one time crammed into a very small waiting room on top of it!! I am talking to a lawyer in the morning! This is not helping me with my pain and it is unbearable!!”
