“They are on time and but not very compassionate and caring. The Dr wanted an MRI and they kept lowering my medications til I got the MRI. They used my pain meds to strong arm me into getting the MRI. The MRI showed nothing I already didn't know but they didn't believe me. Every appointment I told them the pain meds don't work and all they do is prescribe the same medication. After finally getting them to change my meds they put me on a lesser medication and the lowest dose when they knew I was on that medication in the past and at a much higher dose. She got upset with me because my primary Dr prescribed me a migraine medication because she is my pain management and not my primary. They also got mad when the hospital gave me 5 5mg hydrocodone for kidney stones even though I never filled it. Something needs to change.”
